Recreate / Re-draw vector image / high resolution PSD image using photoshop / illustrator providing output in AI or PSD format

There will be two versions required (1 for use on dark background & 1 for light background) - 1 with the text & text colour as provided & the second one with white text.
The font used should be similar - but NOT identical to the one provided.
The text layout & size should be retained.
