UX Redesign for Subscription Service/E-Commerce Store on Shopify

Hey All, Attached is a visual graphic that explains how we'd like to set up our subscription page to look. Aside from what's listed there, we'd like to make sure we show which coffees are being sent for that month below. The subscription page is the top priority and is classified as Phase 1, however, we'd like to make sure the rest of the website overall has a better text/heading format equipped with better navigation options within each page. The goal is to reduce the number of clicks it takes for each action we promote. Within each page, we placed Springbot Tracking codes that'll allow us to collect necessary information for us to re-target and plan campaigns based on segmented demographic data instead of just marketing to the whole list of customers every week. The other goal is to set every page up to be equipped with enough Searchable/SEO tools on each page. This means we need to have more content for Brew Guides, Blogs, and Videos. These following tasks will fall under Phase 2: A top-down video for all different brewing methods would be useful for obtaining first-time customers. It is how a number of coffee brands are dominating coffee content on youtube. This would cover all three types of content we need with just one set of tasks. These should be upselling subscriptions as well. Homepage 2.0 will be all about having all the direct call-to-action functionalities visible right away. The rough draft is available within Hypervisual. Actions needed on the homepage: Link to Subscriptions Page mentioned above Link to SCA + Training Pages Sign Up for Newsletter (Never use the word subscribe for newsletter anymore) Link to revised Awards and About Us page so information is more organized and easier to find. Award-winning coffee is a huge selling point that currently isn't a selling point on the website Featured/New/Most Viewed Filtering for the Coffee List Revise Blog and Social Media feed appearance. Should be less bulky and more organized to look at. Single blog posts should never take up so much space on a homepage. Revise Events page, will be a useful page for all the upcoming events/promotions we're planning to set for the holidays.
