Responsive Ads Needed - Copy Provided - Flat rate per ad to start

Your bid is a flat rate PER ad that you will create for us. You do NOT have to come up with graphics. You do NOT have to come up with wording or writing. The ads needed are simple small Google AdWords HTML5 type ads which are responsive. You'll have to let me know what program you'll be using so I can make sure it will be compatible with everything that we are offering. Need to create simple, small, responsive ads which our members can put on their web sites to let others know about our site. The ads are not complicated, I will provide logo and text, you simply need to make the ad using what ever tools you use. Ads must be delivered with the code needed so that users can download them from our site and easily add them to their site. Let's start with a flat rate per ad and we'll see where things go. If we like your work, we'll ask you to do other things, perhaps animations and video.
