Script to create a pricelist with Scribus (opensource desktop publishing software)

Job Description:
we need a “Scribus” script or model which allow us to create a PDF list of items from an Excel database;
Each Item will have title, description, quantity available price and image (just one image);
Script must be able to manage a database with a variable number of items (automatically or by a manual change of the script settings)
The images may have different sizes and the script must be able to automatically adapt them to the page keeping proportions of the image;
The script should contain the first page with logo, contact details of the company and title of the list;
The script should have last page with general sale conditions and again contacts of the company;
Please find below an example of database to create the list, an example of first and last pages and a folder with 3 images (enclosed). Please provide maximum delivery time of project and price.
