Sketchboo Club (bookcover)

I'm a wannabe writer and have decided to self-publish one of my novels. To do so, I need a cover design based on the following description from the novel: "Buzz Blake looked like a devil with horns, a goatee and a long barbed tail. The tail wrapped around a woman’s check book as she sat in a wheelchair. His drooping left eye focused on a mountain of money. Jasmine smiled at a caricature of herself being strangled by spiked fingers of the beast. Swarms of buzzards flew above the characters." Jasmine is the protagonist of my story. When she made the above sketch, she was a 22 year-old black woman in prison for forgery. She was framed by Buzz Blake and his gang of scammers who prey on elderly widows. Basically, I'd like the cover design to look like a pencil drawing from a sketchbook of the above including 1) An evil-looking devil in the center according to the above 2) On the lower right, an elderly widow in a wheelchair having her check book stolen by the devil's barbed tail 3) On the left a young black woman being strangled by the devil's spiked fingers 4) Buzzards flying overhead. One important note - the novel is part mystery, part comedy. NOT A HORROR STORY - so I'd like the book cover to reflect a pencil sketch made by a angry yet talented artist.
