Travel Photo Book (Coffee Table Book Type)

We are looking for someone to sort from 200-300 photos and select a variety of landscape, sites, people (both local and tourist) and organize into a high-quality (like Apple books) format. The theme of the book is a group trip. The output should be an e-book and print-ready book. Book size will be 50-70 pages per your recommendation. Candidate should also suggest a preferred book supplier and the overall format/specification. Please provide a sample work similar to this kind of project and pegs of how you want the book to look like.
This first book is a "trial run" and we are looking to repeat this project from several group trips we have organized. In short, we are looking for a long-term partner. Feel free to ask any questions regarding the job!
