URGENT - Church website with Summer camp registration

3rd repost - was awarded to a freelancer and they did not do what was required. It is now critical this be completed ASAP Web site (in wordpress - DIVI already loaded) for a local parish - roman catholic so must be respectful of that but modern and effective. News, events, contact us, message from father, pic gallery, sacraments section - and importantly, summer camp section with registration - registration forms MUST be exact duplicates of PDF's that will be provided in the Media library. Not a difficult project, hosting and domain already in place. Church will manage content updates so must be a simple builder. If successful and "amazing" many more parishes in line to go so could lead to a long relationship. MUST HAVE font increase / decrease ability, be mobile friendly, have "read too" ability and google translate in the back end (English / Italian) - we will provide pics / logos and content but initial build must be lorem ipsum content when content is not yet available (meaning the section must be built in the design - we will fill content later when necessary) Site MUST be built in existing hosting space - NO build and transfer - ALSO - The camp registration will be from a list of weeks the user can choose from - it is NOT a simple "product purchase" - calendar of camp weeks is in the media Library. Please refer to other summer camp sites and look at their registration system and set up PRIOR to bidding (campbrain etc) We suggest the freelancer use Registration magic and or gravity forms PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE ON TIME AND WITH EXCELLENCE. AS MENTIONED - MANY MORE SITES WILL BE NEEDED IF THIS BUILD IS SUCCESSFUL!!!! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM PARTNERSHIP WITH THE RIGHT FREELANCER SO PLEASE, BID ACCORDINGLY AND ONLY IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE THE PRODUCT
