Videoconferencing App for iOS (Client)

We are in need of a developer to create an App for a videoconferencing client for iOS 9 or above, using Open WebRTC Toolkit (OWT) Client for iOS version 4.2
This client App must work for IPhone 6S and above as well as iPad
The developer will be required to deliver graphic interface as well.
Must have features:
• The user will enter, manually, a 6 alphanumeric characters code, to join a preexisting videoconference
o In order to do this, the app will interact with an already developed web service (REST) in order to get an room ID and a room token
o After getting this room ID & token, the user will be redirected to the videoconference itself
• The default camera will be the frontal (face & screen facing)
• The room might have up to 4 participants in total
• Once in the room, the App must show all the participants of the room with their audio & video streams.
• It must allow to maximize / minimize any of the streams available
• Show a Quality of Connection indicator using RTT (Round Trip Time) to the server
• Allow to switch own camera (if more than one is available) without interrupting the data stream
• Mute button for own microphone
• Volume control of the room
• Show (similar hangout) some kind of light indicator to show who is talking
• Exit button (“Are you sure you want to exit” warning message --> Y/N)
• Re-enter button, available for maximum 5 minutes, in case of accidental exit due to loss of signal
• Multilingual support (English, Spanish, Portuguese to start with)
o Will provide translation of text, messages, buttons, etc. once English version is completed
NOTES:
• The App must be able to connect & participate to already created videoconferencing rooms
There will be NO need to
• Develop the videoconference backend. This service already exists.
• Develop the Create Room feature. This is done from a pre-existing platform

2 weeks of developing
1 week of testing on different devices
Total time: 3 weeks
BUDGET:
450 USD
DELIVERABLES:
Full Source Code, including graphic interface (CSS/PSD/AI), in order to be able to modify / compile the app later on.
Also necessary, during test phase to deploy and test the app to different devices. Methodology to be defined; Testflight, Testfairy, Manual Deploy, etc.
