I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build a website for my small business. Below is a basic outline of my website requirement. Over the years I've built, or mostly had built dozens of websites. From what's listed below you should be able to get to work and create most of what is needed. As for URL links and more content I'll add most of that once the basic site is together.
I'd like to stay away from applications that will limit my ability to expand such as wordpress etc. PHP, MySQL are past favorites but whatever is the best way to go now is up to you.
Design can be very basic for now, I would like to really spend some time later on creating a cutting edge design and layout.

Content Limited to one property at this time. In the future Search will be added and a db of properties only found on this website.

Links on the left of the page. Start with the following Links for now. Most of these will be files we host, like the survey or the Parcel Map. They will be local links.
