You only need to collect recipes (link only)
Each recipe needs to show the calories, GI values
Weekly 1 cheat meal
Daily meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner + daily 1 snack
What you need to deliver is an excel file full of links to recipes, and add the values to each recipe (calories, gi, carb)
