Ideal profile You have held a C-suite or departmental leadership post before, are licensed to practice in the United States (multi-state licensure is a plus), and can commit to scheduled virtual meetings across U.S. time zones. Solid familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards will make onboarding faster. Delivery expectations 1. First 30 days: complete a comprehensive review of current clinical policies and submit an improvement roadmap. 2. Ongoing: attend a weekly 60-minute leadership call, provide a KPI dashboard, and remain available for urgent consultations within four business hours.
