We need the attached jpeg to be converted into html5/responsive because we aim to provide a standard form (a survey) for our users. The jpeg shows the process and the possible paths of the "interview/survey" our users have to go through by clicking through the questions. So the jpeg should end up in something like a master, where we can add our content/logo etc. Explanation of the jpeg: * every square/rectangle is a seperate page, except for squares/rectangles within yellow/golden boxes. These boxes are seperate pages themselves and contain the other squares/rectangles, which can all be seen on the same page * the form starts at the top with the two circles ("start") * double circles with "ja" or "nein" are selectable, can be clicked and lead to the next page on the relevant path * every writing in lila ("los geht's", "weiter", "zurück", "einverstanden", "fertig") can be clicked and leads to the next page or the page before on the relevant path, dependinig on the clicked button (weiter=next page; zurück=page before) * writing in capital letters are headlines on the particular pages * bullet points indicate multiple choice fields * it is a circle, so the last rectangle on the very bottom leftmost leads back to start at the top (and therefore to the first screen in html5)
