this project will not even take a few hours i need someone to convert an already built coming soon page to responsive for mobile. here are what this project needs: -responsive backgroung -resize bckground images so they take less time to load -make the whole page tablet, mobile, and desktop friendly (responsive) -fix jquery for smooth transition (onload) I dont want the shutter effect, move all jquery to an external file I am looking for qualified individuals do not apply if you don't know how to do any of the mentioned above, i need this project complete in the next few hours. If you know html 5 css and jquery it should not take you long

We can update the page to render in Mobile Browsers. The some JQuery scripts may need to fix and may be some image files. We need to have an analysis on the current page implementation and can give correct estimation on the total hours to resolve the mobile site
