Looking for a developer for a long time project

So here's the thing. I've grown tired of getting developers who come in promise the world and then drop off the face of the planet. I need someone who is good at coding knows how to work in drupal and is familiar with online avatar community sites such as gaia online for example. An avatar site is basically a site where after registering you're provided with a human base. you choose your gender then go post in the forums play games participate in events buy items for your base and well it's like a more complex version of a dressup game. And more fun. What I will need from you is to first code in the site so we can have our long overdue launch. Be familiar with drupal because it's what we're using . Doll maker scripting knowledge needed. And in general a lot of java script.... Be able to work at least during the weekends till the site is launched. After that at least 1 hour a day or at least 30 minutes if 1 hour is not an option in case any bugs need fixing and such, plus still weekends are a must for ongoing features that will be installed. And if you're good wit gaming too then that's even better. There are a lot of things that need discussing so I'll need you to have skype too because it's what me and my team are using. As for payment it will be per hour of work. during which we will be in contact so i can guide you with what needs doing at first till we get the basics and you get a hang of what the project is all about. As for the amount per hour i am willing to offer more if i see good results. I am not cheap and i appreciate good work when i see it punctuality, and results. once someone is selected the rest of the project details will be discussed in private. The images are just something part of what the Art Team has done to give you a small idea of what we are going for. As for the project duration. It's more of an estimate of what would be ideal for me . I have already been dragged out far to long and i need to get things done, as this project is not only a hobby but it has some sentimental value. If the basic things could be coded in a month so we can launch the site then the project won't be finished. as i said i need someone long term so if you're looking for short fast projects this is not the one for you. Consider it a permanent source of income. The site will never stop needing you. the hours per week are MINIMUM needed...meaning if you can spare more we'll take it since it would bring faster results.
