Build a web client to send HTTP requests to my backend

I'm looking for a professional front end developer to build a simple and minimal web based client to interact with a backend I've personally developed, which will be hosted on a proprietary domain.
The client may be implemented using html, css and js (also using your favourite js framework e.g. angular/vue) as long as it presents itself and the data it retrieves in a clear and simple manner, yet it must be able to connect to the backend using a URL, given as a parameter.
A specification of the http requests and responses the client must be able to send and receive is provided in the attached text file; alongside this I may provide access to a Postman workspace with working examples if you should need them.
