I run an automotive repair shop, and am looking for a new scheduling system. I'd like it to be built into my website so it is easier to use for myself and my customers.
I am looking to have a calendar system built into my website. The calendar system I currently use is called "One Calendar" This system works perfectly for us, minus 1 aspect. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with this application to understand what I am looking for.
These are the features I am looking for:
The system is completely stand alone. IE: [login to view URL]
Can have multiple people in it at the same time setting up appointments, and everyone's view updates/syncs as new appointments are added/edited or removed.
Appointments can be color coded by the user inputting it
When making an appointment there are several items that are required to be input, and several that are open to input text or not. Some of these items would be: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Services needed, Year of vehicle, make of vehicle, model of vehicle, engine size, 2wd or 4wd, license plate number, vin number. These input fields should have a toggle to turn them on or off as needed. Would be great if the admin user can add or remove these fields as needed. IE: add a new field in the future for all bookings.
So I am looking for someone to pretty much recreate the "One Calendar" system, but include Text/sms reminders for my clients.

The system will need to be able to send a message when a new appointment is made, a reminder message 1 day before the appointment, and a final reminder 2 hours before the appointment. All of these reminders should be able to be toggled on or off in a settings menu.

There will need to be anywhere from none up to 5 appointments during the same timeframe. IE: at 9am there could be 3 appointments listed, and at 4pm there could be 5 appointments starting, and at 7pm there could be none.
The system should have a self built database over time. Every customer name is stored, and as you start typing a name, it will automatically pop up and fill in all the field from previous entries. Every "Services needed" field should start building its own database and start being auto filled over time of data entry.
There should be a simple way to make notes on each calendar day that automatically appear in a different color or easy to view and find. Things like "John doesn't work today" "Order tomorrows parts today" etc. Simple notes for general things on each day. Some days will not have notes, some will have 5-6 notes.
This system should be mobile phone friendly, ipad friendly, and computer friendly.

I would like an option to allow customers to be able to fill out a form to request a scheduling date. Where they can see an available time in my schedule, and request for a service during that time, but it MUST be made so it needs an approval before it gets scheduled.

While building this, I expect to have constant communication, and be able to have a hands on communication while building this.
As long as the end result is what i need, i do not mind if an engine is used like wordpress or joomla or something similar.
