Fix HTML Email Templates to display correctly on iOS 13 Dark Mode & use custom-font-colours

Fix existing HTML Template sets, several issues exist.
Target email clients:
Apple Mail on iOS 10+ and dark mode on iOS 13.x
Apple Main on macOS
GMail Web based
GMail on iOS
GMail on Android
Outlook iOS, Android, Desktop Windows lower priority.
1-Colours:
Require solution to force dark mode iOS 13 to display defined colours. Currently iOS 13 Dark Mode is inverting colours defined for text, background, header, footers etc. Dark mode must Ignore its' state and display emails as if in Light Mode.
I have two websites, one is a dark theme and one is a light theme site. The HTML Templates must match the Site Themes. Currently my dark theme emails are inverted to white backgrounds, my light theme emails are inverted to dark backgrounds on iOS 13 in dark mode.
Mail on macOS Mojave Dark Mode, I discovered adding an image to the template tricks [login to view URL] into displaying the defined colours, but this trick does not work for iOS 13 devices in dark mode.
2-Fonts:
My site uses a Google font Titillium Web. I have woff, woff2 and ttf versions on my server we can point to and or point to:
