Looking for strong background in Wix

Hello, We are not sure if our request is possible and need someone strong with Wix to help us.
The attached image shows a drop down field that is currently created through a variant we created.
Our problem is, we have too many variants. We want to remove the field circled in red as a variant option since it has no impact on pricing. This is no problem for us to do.
Where we need help:
What we are looking for is to see if the product page created by wix (not us) can be edited.
The same field that is circled on the attachment, we want to add to the product page - exactly where it is now. This would not be a variant. It is strictly a drop down list that the user would assume is a variant.
We also want the text that is in this new drop down box to display in the cart and the invoice as if they were any other variant.
Is this possible? Please let us know!
