Mobile development

I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. I am interested in developing a business directory website with a Mobile App. It will be a similar concept to [login to view URL] but with social features that will enable registered businesses and user to connect, share updates and exchange messages. Business owners will register an account using a valid email account. From their user account dashboard they will have the tools to create pages for their business or businesses, see updates from other businesses they are connected with, Inbox messages, search for other businesses and connect with them, view performance trends / analytics of their business pages and keywords, place adverts, view and edit account settings. Creating a business page(s) - similar to profile pages in other social networks with cover page, logo, business name, location, contact details, about information, product types, images and a searchable keyword such as: plumber, Capinter, contractor.... The business name, location and keywords will be used to match search results. Adverts will be pay per click and per per impression. Adverts will be on the home and on search results. This is a draft specification. I am open to suggestions. This is the first phase of the project. Further development will follow using user feedbacks. I am interested in a developer that will work on this on a long term.
