We have a website [login to view URL] hosted by [login to view URL]
Target : We need somebody to create and implement a mySQL database to manage a new interface that we are implementing. This interface should enable our machines to communicate with clients through a mobile application.
All work and database creation should not interfere in any way with our existing wordpress website. Database access and admin panel are completely independent from the existing website.
All work to be done directly on [login to view URL] -> not on your server. We provide credential to access our provider ([login to view URL]).
We need our freelancer to create our own database interface to
- Manage data contained in 3 linked tables (to be created): MACHINES, CLIENTS, TRANSACTIONS. (See attached expected display in pictures)
- Receive inputs 1/ from us (manual input), 2/ input from client’s mobile application 3/ Input from payment gateway (PayPal or another).
- Record new clients (through the online application)
- Record new machines (manual input by us)
- Validate transactions (from the payment gateway)
- Record all transactions
- Enable or refuse to give a green light for use of a machine based on the balance available.
- Add credit by the administrator (e.g. reimbursement in case of failure)
- Issue reports : by groups, by client, by amount, by date, by week, by month, by year, by level of use in .pdf and .csv format
- Setup automatic issuance and dispatch of reports by email at a certain time and for certain email address(es)
Database through the admin panel should be able to :
- Display online an admin panel accessible by password + google authenticator
- All admin panel display in English language, database content may be in different languages that includes accent and special signs/caracters (öèéàäèü’)
- Backup or clone the entire database and enable an easy restoration system and full setup (daily,weekly,monthly, destination local or online, type of data saved etc)
- Have a user friendly interface, see attached images
Planning:
- We expect the project to be available for testing online within 3-4 days maximum.
