Hi I am a property agent, I do leasing of commercial properties including offices, retail shops, industrial warehousing etc. We have database of 1ooo to 3000 properties (in a few hundreds buildings). I would like to have the listing management system set up in ZOHO, so that I can filter the listings according to customer's requirements on budget, location, condition and sizes of the property and produce a report to send to the customer. The database set up itself is not a difficult job, but I hope 3 types of listing reports could be generated by customer apps. The job will be separated into two portions, portion one is to build such a database, portion 2 is to build custom apps to generate reports.
My friend has a online LMS system which is exactly what I need, but I need it in ZOHO. I will give all detailed screen shots to elaborate what I am looking for when talking to you.
Of course, I will also need some one to enter the data once the database is set up, but that is another type of job
