Simple Webpage that Calls ShellScripts and show the return

I want a webpage with a Pre-Populated List in it (let’s say Item1, Item2, Item3). When you Click on any items in that list a ShellScript will be called (inside shellscript we will have ‘echo $1 and return Selected Item was $1’. $1 is the list item; e.g. Item2).
There will be also a TextArea on the page that shows the return value of shellscript.
There will be also a TextField on the page and a button. If you enter something in textfield and press the button two things will happen:
- another shellscript will be called with passing content of textfield to it.
- the first shellscript with already selected item will be recalled again (so text area will be updated)
