Some simple jsp

I am looking for a simple login and registration process in JSP using bootstrap 4 as the base template. This process will connect to mysql database using the following structure: CREATE TABLE clients` ( `ClientID` INT(11), `AccountNo` INT(11), `PinNo` INT(6), `ContactNo` INT(11), `UserLevel` INT(2) ); The user will only register with: account number pin number contact telephone number User will have a default userlevel of 1 with an admin user having userlevel 2. The registration will only be visible to an admin login. I then need a transactions page to show current client balances using the following table CREATE TABLE `transactions` ( `TranId` BIGINT(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `Description` VARCHAR(100), `Criteria` VARCHAR(100), `Result` VARCHAR(100), `Amount` DECIMAL(7,2), `Direction` INT(11), `UserID` INT(11), `TimeStamp` TIMESTAMP DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, PRIMARY KEY (`TranId`) ); As an admin it will be able to add new line items to the above with TransId being auto set. In this case the Description field will be a dropdown of Bet or Balance Transfer and the Direction Field will be a dropdown of ‘Credit’ or ‘Debit’ This page will also be visible with in a separate display only view (no input boxes). This page will also have all the income ond outgoings in one column with running total at the bottom. Whilst all of these pages will be styled as part of another exercise they should appear presentable as is and all numbers lining up correctly. You will provide all necessary files including any DB drivers required
