HR Consultant with Expertise in Danish Caregiver Recruitment

We are a Bangladesh-based organization preparing a group of caregivers for employment opportunities in Denmark. To ensure their readiness, we seek an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in Danish caregiver recruitment and a deep understanding of employer expectations within the Danish healthcare sector. Objective Before our caregivers travel to Denmark, they must undergo a comprehensive mock interview assessment to evaluate their skills, communication abilities, and overall suitability for caregiver roles in Danish healthcare institutions. The primary goal is to enhance their interview performance, boosting their confidence and increasing their chances of securing employment abroad. Key Responsibilities • Conduct structured mock interviews aligned with the expectations of Danish employers. • Assess candidates’ communication skills, caregiving expertise, and cultural adaptability to the Danish healthcare system. • Provide detailed feedback on strengths and areas needing improvement. • Offer practical guidance on interview techniques, including common questions posed by Danish employers. Requirements • Proven experience in hiring, training, or assessing caregivers for Danish healthcare institutions. • In-depth knowledge of Danish healthcare standards, employer expectations, and caregiving protocols. • Expertise in conducting professional mock interviews and candidate assessments. • Prior experience working with recruitment agencies, nursing homes, or healthcare organizations in Denmark is highly desirable. Project Scope & Timeline • Short-term contract (freelance/consultancy basis) with potential for ongoing collaboration. • Remote engagement – assessments will be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. • The number of candidates to be assessed will be discussed before finalizing the contract.
