I need an on-the-ground freelancer in Sète (This is on-site job, You are able to visit the site ) to confirm a candidate’s past employment at Polyclinique Sainte Thérèse, 6 Quai du Mas Coulet, 34200 Sète. My priority is to obtain written or recorded confirmation from the Human Resources department that clearly states: • the exact start and end dates of the candidate’s tenure • the official job title(s) and the main functions attached to those titles Once you accept the project I will provide the employee’s full name, any internal reference numbers and my own authorization letter, so HR feels comfortable releasing the data. You may reach HR by phone, e-mail or in person—whichever secures the quickest, most reliable result while respecting French privacy regulations (RGPD). Please deliver a short verification report in English, together with any supporting evidence such as e-mails, stamped letters, or an audio note confirming the call. A fast turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy and HR confirmation are non-negotiable. I understand that you specifically mention an on-site visit in Sète. In my view, being physically present would not necessarily change what HR is legally able to disclose, so I would prefer to attempt the verification remotely first. However, if an in-person visit is genuinely necessary to obtain the requested confirmation, I am willing to travel to Sète. In that case, I would ask that the reasonable travel expenses (train or car) be covered by the client in addition to the agreed project fee. One point I would also like to clarify before accepting: if HR refuses to provide the requested information despite the authorization letter, will the work performed (including the calls, emails and/or visit) still be paid in full?
