I am looking at doubling my workforce in the next 4 months and I need process improvements specific to HCM. I have four legal entities and use it with low confidence that we are getting the full value of our Paycom subsciption. With growth on the horizon, we need to understand the system better and make process improvements. As mentioned, I have four legal entities (42 employees) and will be moving to 8 entities (90 employees) in the next four months.
I currently use Paycom for Applicant Tracking, Job Offers, Payroll, and Onboarding, again with limited understanding and functionality maximization.
I would like to hire someone that can review our current processes and then advise and implement improvements to include:
-PTO - Setup and rollout to existing staff. Ensure PTO is linked with new employee based on location and position. Ensure staff can use PTO and managers can approve/deny PTO based based on Holidays and Black-out days
-Onboarding to include correct paycodes, positions, etc. Onboarding to include automatic uniform deductions and similar payroll efficiencies and PTO.
-ATS enhancements and improvements
-PAF and PDF implementation
-PAF usage to include transfers between entities, promotions, demotions to include tasks and checklists dependent on situation.
-Checklists to include I-9 employer sign off and other checklists tied to new employees
-Ben Administration: 90 day Health Care Qualification, receive quotes in Paycom (integrate with Health Care provider)
-401k integration, etc
