?IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, YOU DON'T PAY.? I recently helped a company find qualified technical candidates in Indonesia, streamlining their hiring process. I can help you attract and secure the right talent for your data center technical openings in Jakarta. I understand you need someone who can speak the local language and has strong expertise in sourcing local candidates. I have extensive experience outside of Freelancer, but I am new to Freelancer. My skills include talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market. I look forward to discussing how I can assist you effectively. Regards, MORNE.

Hi, I’m an Indonesian freelancer and I’m interested in supporting both the Indonesia Talent Recruiter and Indonesia Translator roles. For the recruiter side, I have hands-on experience participating as an interviewer when my department was hiring personnel. This gave me experience communicating with candidates, understanding role requirements, and helping assess candidates based on the department’s needs. For sourcing, I’m familiar with using LinkedIn and Indeed to find relevant candidate profiles. For Indonesian technical openings, I can also communicate naturally in Bahasa Indonesia and help screen candidates based on the requirements you provide. For the translator role, I can also support English ↔ Indonesian translation, with a strong understanding of natural Indonesian communication. Here are my answers to your questions: 3) Resume databases: LinkedIn and Indeed, depending on the position and candidate requirements. 4) Charge: SGD 15/hour. 5) Terms: I’m comfortable working through Freelancer. I’d prefer to have the scope, deliverables, working hours, and milestone clearly agreed before starting. 6) Best price: SGD 12/hour. I’m open to supporting either role or both, depending on your current priority. I’d be happy to discuss the specific requirements for the Jakarta data centre positions and understand how I can best support your team. Best regards, Eka Reezqiana

Hi, I’m interested in applying for the Indonesia Translator position only. I’m a native Indonesian speaker and comfortable working with English and Indonesian content. I’m also experienced in data entry, online research, and handling documents carefully, so I pay close attention to accuracy, wording, and details. Regarding your questions: 3) Resume database: As I’m applying for the Translator role, I don’t usually use resume databases for recruitment purposes. 4) Charges if selected: $13/hour 5) Terms & conditions: I would prefer to have the scope, deliverables, working hours, and milestone clearly agreed before starting. I’m also open to completing a short translation test if needed. 6) Best price: My best rate is $13/hour. I would be happy to discuss the details and provide a translation sample if required. Best regards, Sarah

Hi there, I am applying exclusively for the Indonesia Translator role, as my direct experience within a multinational ICT company in Jakarta perfectly positions me to source niche tech profiles for your data center openings while delivering flawless translations. To streamline this engagement, I propose a flat rate of $600 per month (with a best competitive price of $500 per month), capped at a dedicated monthly scope of up to 12,000 source words. Within this framework, I will utilize localized glossaries and translation memory tools to ensure absolute text consistency, delivering high-quality batches with a realistic turnaround of 24 to 48 hours per 2,000 words. I am ready to begin a short sample translation immediately to demonstrate my capabilities and look forward to collaborating. Thanks.
