We are a Capital Advisory firm based out of Mumbai.
We are in the process of expanding our team and want to hire associates and analysts for Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking roles.
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources individual who can assist us in the recruitment process. Previous experience of hiring individuals in the Investment Banking/ Financial Services industry is important.
Strong English communication skills is a pre-requisite.
Scope of work includes:
• Preparation of a basic summary of applications received (over email)
• Assistance in initial review of applications and shortlisting eligible candidates based on defined criteria
• Screening of shortlisted candidates, which may involve seeking further information from the candidates
• Coordination with the candidate for setting up interviews/interactions
• Follow up and closure
We would like to complete the first round of the recruitment process by September. All interactions with job applicants need to be pleasant, constructive and completely seamless.
Individual can work from home and on a part time basis. However the individual needs to have their own computer/technology support to efficiently complete the required work.
