I need a hands-on recruiter who can own our entire hiring cycle here in Ahmedabad. The focus is on filling mid-level openings for our in-house H.R. team, so you will be expected to understand both people operations and the local talent market. You’ll source, screen and close candidates who demonstrate solid management and sales skills, coordinating closely with me on interview scheduling and offer roll-out.
