We have an iPad app that works as a time clock: it registers the start and end time for a specific request. The app connects to a website and updates both of the times when finishing each of the requests.
There are two proessess involved:
* Manual: you look for the request manually by entering its ID. You arrive, enter the ID and start the request with a code, then when you finish you again enter the ID, and end the request with a different code.
* More "automatic": works by QR code, you show your code to the iPads camera (the QR works as the employee's ID) and then the app looks for the request that is more proximate. Automatically it starts or ends the requests and shows a pop-up message (3 different messages that depend on the time that takes the employee to start the request, for example: "You are early / You are late / You need permission to start".
The problem is that the app saves the last request that was used. So if I manually entered request 100, and then I try with the 101 the app shows the info and specific messages for the request 100.
