Digital pattern / illustration for sports clothing

I am from a small start-up sports brand and we are looking to create some unique patterns for mens / womens tennis clothing.
One of the more complex pattern ideas we have is for a watercolour based design (see attached images).
We would like this to appear as a non-repeating pattern. (if truly non-repeating it would need to cover approx area of 60cm x 80xm = Mens XL T-shirt (single side)
Please see a design inspiration / precedent image attached .
But we like something that has bold colours in fine water colour texture.
The pattern would need to be large enough to cover an XL mens shirt (we can enlarge slightly possibly, but we want it to be a more 'floral texture' in water colours (does this make sense? .. sorry I'm not much of an artist / designer myself!)
The format we would need would be Adobe Illustrator ideally.
At this stage we would ideally want to get a rough approx. cost from you for this sort of job if that is possible..? Have you done anything like this before, or feel comfortable you can create similar design options for us..?
We would also be happy with maybe you creating several options and we can potentially buy more than one from you and keep some designs for later launches. (happy to consider offers from you).
We have several design / patterns to do, this being one of the more complex.
