2 Nearly Identical Half Page Newspaper Ads

I need 2 black and white newspaper ad designs: 1 1/2 page ad 9.889 inches wide by 10 inches tall These can be very, very similar designs. I need this work COMPLETED (designs and revisions!) by 10/31/11 You will provide me with 3 or 4 initial/basic concepts for the ad and we will revise from there. Please ask any questions. There will be 2 versions of this one design that are IDENTICAL except for text and one image. So the DESIGN is the same, but text will be different. Thanks! I attached the FULL PAGE version of what was done last year. I thought this design was very good and would like something similar, but in a 1/2 page format.
