Fantasy Graphic Novel (Comic) Illustration Project

Project Goals: 1) Character designs for 6 main characters. Each design set will be 2 pages of pencil sketches and one full figure inked image. A total of 3 pages each design set. 2) 6 pages of penciled and inked sequential art. 11X17 scanned at 600 dpi. 3) Build long-term mutually beneficial creative relationships Project Content: The graphic novel is a fantasy based martial arts adventure based in feudal Asia. Lots of martial arts action and Asian themes. It's a dynamic story that requires dynamic art. Very physical and some zombies… The working project name is ALIVE. Storytelling, body language and facial expressions are of the utmost importance. I’m flexible on art styles and techniques. This comic will be rated about PG-13 and there is no content that is erotic or hyper-violent. The Process: 1) For the sequential art I will provide detail in the form of page scripts. I can also provide other reference material as needed. 2) I’ll expect to approve a layout sketch before you pencil and approve the penciled page before you ink. 3) Finished pages will need to be delivered digitally in the form of clean scans. I will pay shipping rates on physical pages separately. 4) No Bids will be con without a sample of sequential art samples of the bidder.
