Graphic / War Illustrations Needed

This is what I need. I want 10 illustrations 8.5 inches by 11 inches detailed illustrations set at 450 DPI of Actual War depictions that I am going to describe. The Artist will create them.
I want them in color and also want them converted to Black and White.
I will pay $100 for all 10 illustrations. I cannot pay more because I am a small company and I am working at getting it off the ground.
They will become property of Ninety-Nine Cent Publishing LLC and shall be copyrighted by this company.
The Artist who creates them shall receive the following besides payment....you retain the right to show the work as part of your portfolio to advance your career but you may not use them for any other reason for any purpose.
The Artist shall also receive the Honor of Full Credit in the Book (Yes Cover Credit).
The Book is Non-Fiction and already published...it is going into a New Printing with these illustrations.
So If you bid...take it seriously because your name is on it. The Artist can take liberties with the creation of the Illustrations.
Warning...The Illustrations SHALL BE VERY GRAPHIC....Show me an example!
