Create variations of a vector character

We have an existing vector character and we are looking for a skilled illustrator to create several variations of the character. We will hire a person who can mimic the same style as the initial illustration. Variations will include different skin tones, hair styles, adding new elements such as a mask or glasses (all the the same illustration style). There are a few other characters that we have created. You will need to use some elements from these characters to create the variations. The work will need to be done quickly.
