Illustrator for a four-page comic strip

Hi, I'm a comic strip writer looking for an artist to illustrate a script I'm planning to submit to this year's Observer/Jonathan Cape/Comica short comic competition.
The finished piece can only be four pages long, and the deadline for entries is the 29th of September - although I would need the work to be completed prior to this, in order to have time to print and physically submit it.
Ideally I'm looking for someone with enough experience of drawing comics that they would be able to translate the script (which is light on dialogue) into an appropriate format without necessarily relying on detailed layout descriptions.
The script is a bittersweet, blackly comic story about a foul-mouthed 100-year-old woman going on a journey through rural Scotland, 70 years from now. It is intended to be realised with a kind of cinematic scope and beauty.
