I have been done image2pdf project in python and we can do project with OCR to get high accuracy. Your project is just my project so I will always do my best to meet your all requirements. With my core skill OCR, I have finished OCR project which extract invoice name, amount, invoice ID, and total amount from rough image which gained with phone a few days ago. I am have full experiences in extraction numeric and txt data from pdf or scanned image and convert this to csv file or txt file format using python automatically. In this project, we have to perform these stages preprocesing, Segmentation, Feature extraction, Recognition, Postprocessing. And another method is to use OCR engine or ML engine.
