Branded 40-Page Marketing Report

I have the full copy, data tables, brand guidelines, and a detailed designer brief ready to go. The task is to turn that material into a polished, 40-page report that we will use as outward-facing marketing material. Visually it must feel corporate and professional, echoing our fonts, colours, spacing rules, and overall tone. The layout needs to weave in: • Charts and graphs • High-quality images • Infographics All visuals must be on-brand, fully editable, and consistent from cover to closing page. Deliverables • Print-ready PDF in both A4 and US-Letter Also, editable [login to view URL] format • Native Adobe InDesign package (INDD, links, fonts) • Web-optimised PDF under 10 MB Timeline: first draft one week after kickoff, final files the week after. I’ll supply all text, and rough data visuals up front and will be available for quick feedback rounds. If your portfolio includes long-form reports, Information Memorandums, whitepapers, or annual reviews built in InDesign (or an equivalent professional layout tool) and you can meet the timeline, I’d love to see one relevant sample and hear your proposed approach.
