Fresher Industrial Machine Operator Needed

I’m hiring a fresher—10th pass or higher—to run our industrial machines during the day shift. You don’t need prior factory experience; I’ll provide the hands-on training you’ll need to start the line, monitor throughput and shut down safely. The one skill you must already bring is a sharp eye for Quality Control inspection. Throughout the shift you’ll spot-check parts, record variances and flag anything outside tolerance before it leaves the cell. Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed, and I’ll show you exactly how to use our gauges, calipers and digital logs so every reading is traceable. Daily work will revolve around: • Industrial machine operation under set parameters • In-process quality inspections and basic documentation All PPE, SOPs and checklists are in place; you just need to follow them and speak up if something looks off.
