Hi forgetgute, Last week I delivered a similar modular hoarding system to patent‑ready CAD with FEA and DFM, so I’m confident to handle this really well. My Questions. 1) Which standards and performance targets should we certify to (AS 4687 hoardings, AS/NZS 1170.2 wind, crowd/impact), and what are the max panel height and allowable ballast/footprint? 2) What are the manufacturing and logistics constraints: preferred materials/processes, target unit cost, and transport/storage limits (pallet size, module weight, manual handling)? My Suggestions. 1) Use a parametric CAD + FEA workflow to optimise ballast vs anchors by wind region/terrain; this usually trims steel mass 15–25% while keeping safety. 2) Design for flat‑pack nesting with standardized, captive fasteners and a quick‑connect joint to cut install time and lost parts, boosting reliability. My Execution Plan. - Confirm requirements, site scenarios, and compliance path; sign NDA/IP. - Create 2–3 concept options with sketches and layout; select via scorecard. - Build a parametric SolidWorks/Inventor model; define interfaces and BOM. - Run FEA to AS/NZS 1170.2 and AS 4687 (buckling, base, fixings, serviceability); iterate joints and posts. - DFM/DFMA review: material choice (galv. cold‑formed steel + HDPE/Al skins), coatings, weldments, jigs. - Prototype pack: drawings, cut lists, simple install guide; supplier quotes. - Field tests: wind/ballast checks, impact, install time; refine

Dear Client, Vutuk Design and Media is pleased to submit a proposal for your industrial engineering and product development project. Our firm provides a comprehensive, integrated suite of services that combines precision mechanical design, advanced engineering simulation, and high-end production visuals. We understand that modern product development requires more than just CAD modeling; it requires a data-driven approach to ensure manufacturability and market readiness. To help us align with your project goals, we would like to clarify: Will the project require a full Bill of Materials (BOM) including vendor-sourced hardware and electrical components? Should we include high-fidelity 3D animations to demonstrate the assembly sequence or internal mechanical operations? What is the anticipated production volume, as this will influence our Design for Manufacturing (DFM) strategy? What is your preferred timeline for the delivery of the first production-ready design iteration? We invite you to visit our company profile and portfolio to explore our diverse track record in mechanical product design and industrial visualization. We look forward to discussing how Vutuk Design and Media can bring your product to life. Best regards, The Vutuk Design and Media Team
