Meta Ads Strategist for Supplement Product

I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising strategist to help me create a full advertising strategy for a newly launched personalised supplement product. The product already has a landing page, online purchase system and everything connected for customers to buy directly online. Now I need a specialist who can help me build a clear advertising strategy for approximately 5 markets: UK, Austria, Poland, Spain and Germany.
