This project involves converting a fully structured cybersecurity training program into a professional online learning format using Gamma presentations and a Thinkific-based learning management system. The training content, module outlines, and assessment questions are already written. The work focuses on course production, LMS configuration, and training delivery architecture. Project Summary Spartan Cyber Security is developing a structured cybersecurity awareness training program designed for organizations handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The training program aligns with cybersecurity compliance frameworks including NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC 2.0. All training content has already been written and structured. The source materials include: • training module outlines • slide-by-slide presentation structure • knowledge assessment question banks • certificate requirements We are seeking an experienced instructional designer or LMS course developer to convert this structured content into a professional online training format using: • Gamma (presentation platform) • Thinkific (or a similar learning management system) The work primarily involves course production and LMS configuration, not content writing. Applicants who specialize primarily in graphic design or marketing presentations without LMS course development experience are unlikely to be a good fit for this project. Project Overview Spartan Cyber Security has developed a structured cybersecurity awareness training program consisting of approximately twelve short training modules. Each module includes: • structured slide outline designed for Gamma • assessment question bank • NIST SP 800-171 control references • estimated training time • module metadata The contractor will transform this structured material into a complete training delivery system. The goal is to create a clean, professional training experience that includes: • presentation slides • knowledge assessments • completion tracking • certificate issuance Training Program Structure The training program contains approximately twelve modules, each designed to take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Each module contains three structured components. Presentation Slides The source document contains slide-by-slide content designed for import into the Gamma presentation platform. The contractor will convert these outlines into fully formatted presentation decks. Typical slides include: • title slide • why the topic matters • regulatory context • operational expectations • examples and scenarios • key takeaways • knowledge check Knowledge Assessments Each module includes a question bank. Assessment structure: • 15-question bank per module • 10 randomized questions presented per attempt • passing score: 70% • maximum attempts: 3 These assessments must be configured for use within Thinkific or a similar LMS platform. Module Metadata Each module also includes: • module code • estimated training time • mapped cybersecurity control references Scope of Work The contractor will complete the following tasks. Task 1 — Gamma Presentation Creation Using the structured slide outlines provided, create presentation decks using the Gamma platform. Deliverables: • Gamma presentation deck for each training module • consistent visual formatting across modules • professional training layout Slides should remain professional and minimal, focused on instructional clarity rather than marketing design. Task 2 — LMS Assessment Preparation Prepare the knowledge assessments for implementation in Thinkific or similar LMS platforms. Deliverables: • question banks prepared for LMS import • quiz structure configuration guidance • randomized question selection • passing score configuration • attempt limit configuration Task 3 — LMS Training Flow Design Provide guidance on the course structure within the LMS platform. This includes: • module organization • training completion workflow • linking presentations to assessments • certificate issuance process Task 4 — Training Completion Record Configuration Configure the LMS platform so that course completion generates a structured training completion record. The training completion record should capture the following fields where possible: • participant name • course title • completion date • assessment score • pass/fail status • certificate identifier or reference number • issuing organization The LMS should allow administrators to export training completion records for compliance documentation. Task 5 — Certificate Template Creation Create a certificate template compatible with LMS certificate issuance. The certificate should include: • participant name • course title • completion date • certificate ID • Spartan Cyber Security branding The certificate should be exportable in PDF format. Task 6 — Optional Phase Two: Video Training Modules After slides and assessments are completed, an optional second phase may include creating video versions of the training modules. Possible tools may include: • Synthesia • HeyGen • AI presentation video platforms Video modules should follow the presentation structure and include narration. Deliverables Final deliverables should include: • Gamma training presentations for each module • LMS-ready quiz banks • Thinkific configuration guidance • certificate template design Optional deliverables: • video training modules Required Experience Applicants should demonstrate experience in several of the following areas: • instructional design • LMS platforms (Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, Moodle, LearnDash) • online course development • quiz bank configuration • certificate issuance systems • training presentation development Experience with cybersecurity training or compliance training is helpful but not required. Project Phases Phase 1 Gamma slide creation and quiz preparation Phase 2 LMS course configuration and certificate setup Phase 3 (optional) Video training module production Additional training modules may be added in the future. Ownership All work produced under this project will be the exclusive property of Spartan Cyber Security. Training materials may not be reused, distributed, or published by the contractor. Final Note Professional experience and clear communication are more important than the lowest bid. Qualified candidates may be invited to assist with additional training modules and future course development.
