Color the house exterior design (provide 8 color schemes)

I will send black&white home exterior design with three fronts (the same image as [login to view URL], except it's pdf file, not sure whether vector file).
From you I would expect:
1) remove from home exterior image all unnecessary parts - measures, helper lines.. or sketch it from zero (whatever is easier way for you);
2) color the home exterior in 8 different color schemes;
Some notes:
1) the roof color should always be dark gray:

2) window frames also should be colored;
3) one color scheme should be something similar to these colors:
roof - dark gray;
window frames + all timber parts + doors - dark brown timber (maybe a bit reddish);
walls (white or very light color (e.g. light gray..))
rock imitation - gray:

4) another one color scheme should be similar to previous, except with:
window frames + all timber parts + doors - gold brown timber:

5) one scheme:

6) other ideas:
