Design of a new multi-occupancy office

We are looking at turning this office building into a multi-occupancy start-up hub. Would like an interior design for the attached office, we would like the ground floor to feature an open plan kitchen and seating area and a breakout area (collaboration zone). There are only windows at the front and back of the building so this needs to be taken into account when considering lighting. Also a place for a reception desk. 1st floor to have 4-5 no. 2-3 person offices and meeting room, again only windows are to the front with smaller ones at the rear so we are thinking towards glass partitions. The current kitchen on the 1st floor is no longer needed. The current meeting room can be resized although ideally we would like to keep moving existing walls to a minimum. We would like an additional toilet and sink either upstairs or downstairs. This will allow for Men, Women's and Unisex Disabled Facilities. Power ports and network cable plugs are in trunking at mid-level around the perimeter walls. Room Heights: Grd - 3.4m 1st - 2.4m
