Job Description:
I am looking for Duplex G+1 house designer in 3D & 2D floor map for upcoming house constructions.
House should be design according to vastu.
Luxury Duplex G + 1 (House design). (Total Area 4.5 cents South faceing)
Ground Floor Requirements:-
1. 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with attached toilet & closets + 1 guest bedroom)
2. Spacious Living room with Open Kitchen and Dinning Table.
3. Pooja Room
4. washing machine space.
First Floor Requirement :-
1. Master Suite Bedroom Room with attached toilet and WR
2. Gym area
3. swimming pool
Parking space requirements (1 bike + car ) - according to area designer can decide and keep. - Parking one level down also fine.
Design should be made keeping greenery in house.
