Get 1000 votes from different IPs by 7/12/2012

I need to get and additional 1000 votes on a website. To do this you need different IP's to open a website and be counted and a valid IP. Each valid IP will count as one vote and can vote every 16min. The site will be up until 7/12/2012. The web site will tell you if your vote counted and give you a new total. Once the number of votes has increased by 1000 to about 2700 from the time you start you are done. I will be monitoring how many votes you do and I need this done by July 12th 2012. The site only counts individual IP's, a single IP can be used every 16 min. so to get it done in 4days you will need at least 3 computers opening the site and allowing it to load (about 1.4sec) every 16min non-stop increasing the votes by a total of 1000. There is a counter on the page so both you and I can see if what you are doing is working. If you are sure you can do it I'll award you the project and gladly pay you $40usd. Currently the count is just under 1000 I have a macro running on two separate IP's opening the site every 16min but it's not enough. I would like to get 2700 votes by 7/12/2012.
