SCRAPEBOX - Harvesting for forums/blogs

We need a very experienced freelancer that uses scrapebox or similar software to harvest and search for forum/blog threads that are very related to the listed keywords in attached file. The forums/blogs need to be high quality and the report must show the Alexa rating and Page rank of each parent domain .We need the actual comments-replies page to be Page Rank of PR2+. The sites must have registration and allow commenting. 90% of sites must be "do follow" We need a total of 20 forum/blog threads per EACH keyword listed in attached file. The grand total number of forum/blogs will be 2,060 (20 x 103 =2,060). Harvesting softwares such as scrapebox can be used. If you have experience with such softwares then this project is straight forward and simple.
