Email Marketing Consultant to JumpStart List for Auto Website

We are looking for an email marketing consultant that is experienced with GetReponse to help us build a large email list for our auto website. What we need from you is; -Design high converting eye catching opt-in boxes on the website -Making a lightbox pop-up when someone lands on the site, following them when they move up or down on the page -Pop-up should activate when a user tries to leave -Write a nice series of auto-responders that have a high open rate and conversion rate -Building the list so it has a daily %15-%20 conversion rate -Help with List segmentation for different auto niches -Ebook cover design -Include ebook in giveaways on the opt-in boxes -Create high converting Landing Pages on the Site for different ebooks -Design a nice Eye-Catching RSS-to-Email newsletter which yields a high CTR -Design a Newsletter for promoting products with affiliate promotions Our goal with the list is to promote special offers from auto brands with affiliate links. I have a few whitepapers and ebooks I'd like to offer for free in exchange for people signing up to the newsletter and giving us more information about themselves for optimal list segmentation.
