Email marketing and Classified posting. need permanent team

Hello, I am need of a long term relationship with a good and talented team. The work is for long term. thats why i am looking for a full time applicant. the person needs to be talented and self motivated. i will need Email marketing, Classifieds postings. the person needs to have a good team. the team have to be hardworking. The team have to have a manager who will be contacting with me every day using skype, YM or Gtalk. So, i am sure i am explained perfectly. now need to know who is good and fit. Thanks
