Project Title:Need a SEM / Email Marketing / PPC, Social marketing Guru to get Traffic and Leads / PPI

I am looking for a reliable and LEGITIMATE traffic to convert into leads we class leads as a successful install of our products. I’m looking for someone or a company that is able to push a lot of traffic that converts to leads the traffic is geo targeted and needs to be USA / UK ONLY. We are interested in email marketing, SEM/PPC, Social marketing basically as long as it’s white/ safe grey hat we are interested and look forward from hearing from you. Read First before you BID to get a better understanding of the requirements I’m looking for: - We will NOT create any ppc accounts for you this is your role however we will fund the accounts. - You MUST provide at least 10 test leads so we can see how good the traffic you are sending is. - Don’t tell me about SEO I don’t wish to rank a site. - Requires you to be in close contact with me so we can fund any campaigns needed after the test run is done on a daily basis to start. Please give me your background and current experience and a basic idea of the number of installs you could generate and how long your sources will last. If you can make multiple adwords accounts to send traffic this would be a huge bounces! Thank you
